Pur*sue was founded by Susan Fignar, an executive coach, consultant, motivational speaker, and trainer with over 25 years of experience. Since 1991, Susan has trained thousands of individuals to present their professional best.

Susan works with leading corporations, teaching individuals and teams to polish their executive presence, develop leadership skills, successfully manage their professional relationships and refine their business and social etiquette.

Susan's media interactions include television and radio appearances, as well as contributions to numerous publications, such as The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, The Daily Herald, and Crains Chicago. Susan also received Rotary's Paul Harris Fellow award and was the recipient of the 1996-1997 Chicago Chapter "Member of the Year" award from the Association of Image Consultants International.

In addition to working with corporate and individual clients, Susan believes in giving back to the community. She conducts motivational programs at job clubs throughout Chicago for individulas in transition and at various community organizations. She also informally mentors young professional women. Additionally, Susan serves in the guest services and global hospitality ministries at Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, IL.
